User Policy

This User Policy (the "Policy") governs Your access to and use of the Ensemble Photo application and related services (the "Service") provided by Argonovo, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or otherwise using the Service, You ("User" or "You") agree to be bound by this Policy. If You do not agree, You must not use the Service.

Eligibility

The Service is not directed to and may not be used by any individual under thirteen (13) years of age. By using the Service You represent and warrant that You are at least thirteen (13) years of age and that You have the legal capacity to enter into this Policy. Users between thirteen (13) and the age of majority in their jurisdiction must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under Your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of Your credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to Your account.

Prohibited Content

You shall not capture, upload, transmit, store, or otherwise submit to the Service any content ("Content") that:

• depicts nudity, sexual conduct, sexually suggestive material, or any sexualized imagery, including but not limited to any such material involving minors;
• depicts, promotes, or facilitates violence, gore, physical harm, animal cruelty, terrorism, or self-harm;
• constitutes discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, disability, or any other protected characteristic;
• depicts, promotes, or facilitates illegal activity, including the trafficking of controlled substances, weapons, stolen goods, or human beings;
• infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, or other intellectual-property or proprietary right of any party;
• contains malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functionality of any computer or network; or
• is otherwise unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or objectionable in our reasonable discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

In connection with Your use of the Service, You shall not:

• record, photograph, or surveil any individual in any location where such person has a reasonable expectation of privacy, including without limitation restrooms, locker rooms, dressing rooms, medical facilities, and private residences;
• record, photograph, or otherwise capture the image, voice, or likeness of any minor without the prior verifiable consent of such minor's parent or legal guardian;
• use the Service to stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or otherwise harm any person;
• use the Service in violation of any applicable federal, state, provincial, or local law, including without limitation wiretapping, eavesdropping, two-party-consent recording, data protection (including the EU General Data Protection Regulation), and anti-discrimination laws;
• publish, post, or otherwise disclose any personally identifying information of another individual without that individual's consent (commonly referred to as "doxxing");
• impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent Your affiliation with any person or entity; or
• engage in any commercial solicitation, spamming, phishing, scam, or pyramid scheme through the Service.

Platform Integrity

The Service is designed to produce cryptographically signed media for evidentiary and compliance purposes. Accordingly, You shall not:

• tamper with, forge, strip, alter, or otherwise modify any metadata, signature, timestamp, geolocation, or other integrity attribute generated by the Service;
• upload, submit, or otherwise introduce into the Service any media that was not captured by the Service, or otherwise misrepresent the source, authorship, time, or location of any Content;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, signing keys, or underlying algorithms of the Service, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
• use any robot, scraper, automated script, or bulk-upload mechanism to access or submit Content to the Service; or
• circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security-related features of the Service.

Intellectual Property and License Grant

You retain ownership of all Content You submit to the Service. You represent and warrant that You own or have obtained all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions necessary to submit such Content and to grant the rights granted herein. You hereby grant Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely as necessary to operate, provide, and improve the Service.

Reporting and Blocking

The Service provides mechanisms for Users to (i) report Content or conduct that violates this Policy and (ii) block other Users from interacting with them. We will review reports of objectionable Content or abusive behavior and take appropriate action, which may include removal of Content, suspension, or termination of the offending account, within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of a valid report. Enforcement

We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to monitor, review, screen, or filter Content. We may, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, remove or restrict access to any Content, suspend or terminate any User's access to the Service, and take any other action we deem appropriate in response to a violation or suspected violation of this Policy. Repeat or egregious violations will result in permanent termination of Your account.

Preservation and Disclosure

Notwithstanding any deletion of Content from the Service by a User, Company may preserve Content and associated metadata where required to do so by law, in connection with a governmental, regulatory, or law-enforcement request, or where reasonably necessary to investigate violations of this Policy, to enforce our Terms and Conditions, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Company, our Users, or the public. By using the Service, You acknowledge and consent to such preservation and disclosure.

Mandatory Reporting

We comply with applicable laws requiring the reporting of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and other unlawful Content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to appropriate law-enforcement authorities. We may also report other unlawful conduct as required or permitted by law.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service and all Content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Company disclaims all warranties, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to Your use of the Service or any Content.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Company and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to (i) Your Content, (ii) Your use of the Service, or (iii) Your violation of this Policy or any applicable law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the revised Policy on this page and updating the effective date below. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any change constitutes Your acceptance of such change.

This Policy is effective as of 2026-04-30.
